Publics help sought in catching Nordstrom shoplifters

Vancouver police are looking for three men who allegedly shoplifted from a big-box retailer a couple of weeks ago.The incident was reported Jan. 16 at Nordstrom at Westfield Vancouver mall, 8700 N.E. Vancouver Mall Loop, shortly before the store closed at 9 p.m. Police say three men entered the store, and one of them took some clothing. When a store employee tried to stop them, one of the men threatened to assault the employee. All three suspects left the store and drove off in a green four-door Subaru.Surveillance cameras captured images of the three suspects. Anyone with information on any of the suspects is asked to contact Vancouver police Officer Scott Smith at [email protected] seek suspects in wallet theft at WincoPolice say a man stole a woman’s wallet out of her purse Sunday afternoon while she was shopping at WinCo Foods in Brush Prairie.The woman, described as a senior citizen, caught a man looking through her purse that had been left unattended in her shopping cart for a few minutes. The man said he had gotten confused and quickly left the store.The woman then discovered that her wallet was missing from her purse.
